PSI身體活動週期是已知最科學化的生理判斷工具，藉人體生理時鐘的自然運作，經長年觀測結果發現人從出生起，三種生理迴圈週期便同時啟動運作。由此三種週期繪製的週期波，經多年科學資料驗證，PSI高低起伏與日常生活、情況與人際關係、運動比賽身體潛力的發揮息息相關，其準確程度令人訝異。
身體週期(P)：每隔23天為一迴圈
感情週期(S)：每隔28天為一迴圈
知性週期(I)：每隔33天為一迴圈
先不論感情週期與知性週期，在一個月中，總有幾天，您會發覺身體狀況特別好;當然也會有幾天您會發覺身體狀況特別差，事實上這也就是身體高低潮起伏。
P週期高潮：活動力強;身體機能佳;不易生病，運動潛能易發揮，適合比賽競技。
P週期低潮：體力差;活動力弱;易疲勞;身體機能差;抵抗力弱，不適合比賽競技。
總而言之高爾夫球是一種動輒庸人自擾的運動，滿心希望打出漂亮遠球而舉上來的球杆。為時僅1.5秒的揮杆過程中，內心深處或腦中一隅往往會出現擾亂的力量，這種低潮干擾不論新手或高手，在姿勢修正初期，都會出現各色各樣的干擾，往往成績反而比以前更差，這是正常的過程，如何走出來，相信聰明的您應該沒問題。

我們知道一位高球老手如果在學球初期沒有正確的基礎，造成日後錯誤動作的累積，一旦成習慣後，遇到瓶頸便很難修正。針對高球老手要修改動作，必須要先避免下場或是去練習場練球。而是身體各部位分開練習，再統合而成全揮杆空揮，才去練習場修改動作，最後才上場，揮杆動作才能徹底修正完全。
5.認識自己的體能特點
每個高爾夫球員的身材比例不同，揮杆姿態也不相同，除了健全基本動作並勤加練習外，不要一味拘泥學習某位特定選手的優美動作，我們常看到每位世界名將都有自己的揮杆特色，動作漂亮被恭維者並不一定成績優異。值得一提的是，學球初期反而是要求動作漂亮，不要太在意打到球與否，慢慢的好球出現的機率會逐步增加。
6.學員本身自我激勵及欲望不足
有些高球手認為高爾夫純粹就運動嘛，打好與不好無關緊要，對自己的要求也相對變得更低，腦袋也無法接受太多訊息，不願多花時間練習，有這種心態的人很難打好高爾夫球。唯有自我要求、參加球隊、或是和朋友打球時不傷大雅小賭一下，才是進步的關鍵。

		<title>突破～如何渡過高爾夫球瓶頸期Ⅰ</title>

		<description><![CDATA[成績提升不了，或是成績不如往常，此種低迷狀態即稱為暫時性低潮，也可以稱為高球瓶頸。當然，勤於練習卻未獲得相對好成績的狀態才能稱為高球瓶頸。
瓶頸每個人都會經歷到，我們一起來探討脫離低潮的困境，首先得瞭解低潮和瓶頸的原因及擺脫暫時性低潮的妙法：














1.持續做錯誤的練習而不自知
儘管球的位置或握杆的形式稍稍改變，當事人卻完全未察覺而繼續練習，整個杆就會走樣，成績當然不佳。假如在不知道真正原因的情況下，任意修改揮杆過程的某個部分，自然會陷入低潮一途。此時，對職業球員或技術較佳者的建言是絕對必要的。由此看來，擁有專業教練，每三個月檢視一次揮杆動作，可說是避免陷入瓶頸的好方法。 


 2.選用了不徹底的局部改良揮杆方式 
改善的部分無法融入整個揮杆過程中，成績反而比以前更差。一旦決定改良，就要集中火力勤加練習，務必在最短期間內熟悉改良的重點。持之以恆，千萬不要3天打漁2天曬網。 

3.與教練多做溝通
高爾夫的多方位教學與多類理論常常與自我觀念互相抵觸，導致教練的忠言無法進入自己的大腦中。在信賴教練的教法及專業知識之外，但是也要避免一味承接而無所適從，唯有與教練多溝通，消除自己的疑惑之後才能安心練球。
